I am sad because I don't have lots of money

Welcome to Walid Rafo Advice!

I am a Spiritual Counsellor and I have opened up this site to help those in need. Specifically, those who are encountering certain obstacles in life. It is a great blessing to be in this position. A position where I can help others just as Christ has helped others. Most things I have had experience with, and others I have learned from. Either way, I do not answer questions I am not knowledgable of. I will take my time to respond if I must. Either way, I will make sure that your question is answered as soon as possible, and to get you the assistance you need through my writing.

As we live throughout this life. We look to cover our daily needs. Thanks be to God for everyday that you survive. The next day will be the same. Be happy and rejoice because the Lord has provided another day.

When you think about being wealthy, be careful not to be attacked by the wicked. Sometimes the devil tries to put negative thoughts in your mind. You can do it and you will make it. Leave everything into the hands of the Lord. Follow his will and not your own will. Let the Holy Spirit guide you. You will end up with treasures and happiness.

Let a spiritual life filled with prayer, love, joy, and happiness be a part of your life. Go to mass and read your bible. Connect with the spiritual people in your church. The Lord will lead you to a bright future so long as you stay by his side. Remember, the more distant you are from the light, the more darkness you will see. The closer you are to Christ the light, the brighter future it shall be.

Be filled with joy because every morning you wake up and see the light of the Lord. You have another day to enjoy the beautiful gift of life. You breathe in the air of the Lord. Say, "My Lord, I thank you for today. You opened my eyes and gave me new life. Bless me with daily bread and water, and increase your Holy Spirit upon me. Protect me from all harm, and grant me joy and love. For myself, my family, and my friends."

Try to pray for all people. Lots of people need prayers. Don't only pray for wealth and then dissapear. We are on this earth for a purpose, and all people should expect to suffer in this life. In the same way Jesus suffered for us to destroy our sins, we too must suffer for him. When you pray only for wealth, it is pure selfishness. You are interested in getting what you want and leaving. You are not praying from your heart. The Lord's home is not a casino.

Not everything in life is about money. It is just to cover your daily needs. Do not worry about tomorrow. The Lord will take care of it when tomorrow comes. Tomorrow has its own worries. Today is enough. You plan for tomorrow but do something else instead. Leave everything in the hands of the Lord. He is your provider, your protector, and your saviour.

Let me share with you a story that deals with your question appropraitely:

One day, there was a poor man with a family. They were living on the beach. He had a small tent, and slept there with his kids and wife. They were always happy and dancing. They were constantly praising the Lord through music and singing. They ate bread and drank tea in the morning, and that was there food for the day. They were always thankful for what they had, even if it was close to nothing.

There came a tourist who wanted to visit Dominican Republic. He was a wealthy millionaire. He was an engineer and designer for BMW from Germany. He was walking along the beach and noticed the poor family sitting in the morning on the beach singing and filled with joy, praising the name of Jesus. He saw that they had nothing except for bread and tea and a small tent. The millionaire was always sad and worried. He was worried about his wealth and always filled with great stress.

He was confused about how the poor family was happier than him. He paced back and forth along the beach. He stopped beside the family and said, "I'm sorry to bother you. I want to ask you something. If you don't mind. How are you always so happy if you have nothing?" They invited him to sit. They offered to share their only bread and tea for the day. They said to him, "Thanks be to God for another day. At least the Lord did not cut our daily bread. We are healthy, and we do not need to worry. Because the Lord is always present with us. He is our only provider." The rich man said, "Why are you so happy, and I am so worried about my wealth?" The poor man answered, "The thief comes to us and he cannot rob us because we have nothing. But when he visits you and the rich, the thief will always be around you stealing your belongings. I have nothing to worry about."

The rich man went back to Germany and left a big amount to the family. He took his 30 million dollars and split it between the poor countries around the world. He said, "I want to go back to the first day I was poor. So that I can find my joy, not be worried, and live a normal life. I want the Lord to be my provider."

My father is the type of person to give and not receive. If he sees you for coffee, you won't even have the opportunity to reach into your pocket to pay. If you're an owner and want to offer him something, that's not happening. If you're a stranger, he'll gift you a religious gift and won't take anything in return. My father is a very giving person. One time when my dad healed someone from cancer, the owner of the bakery wanted to gift my father the whole bakery. I'm sitting there thinking...we don't have this much room in our house to store all this bread. My fathers been offered money, gifts, food, coffee, and so much more. But he doesn't ever take it! Until, I had a dream.

This is the dream:

I had a dream of Jesus watering flowers in front of our big home on big land. The land was beautiful and the grass was rich green. The Lord said to me, "When I bless you with my home, I want you to start a garden of flowers around the home or near the home." I answered, 'Yes, my Lord.' Then, my father came and the Lord was so glad to see my father. He looked to my father and gave him a sealed envelope, but my father refused. He pulled a flower from the ground, but my father refused. Then, the Lord said to my father, "Why are you refusing." My father replied, "My Lord, you already gave me everything I need. I have to give you more things because you've done so much for me." The Lord answered my father, "Inside the envelope I tried to give you was something you've been asking me for a long time. The flower I tried to gift you was to refresh your body. I need you to accept whatever the people offer you. If they offer you, do not refuse. Whoever offers you, offers me, and I will bless them. If you refuse, how can I bless them?"

That was the end of the dream. It was funny afterwards because on the same day I woke up from the dream, a friend of ours offered us all whatever we wanted. The day after, a lady from a store offered us a beautiful car rosary for free. I laughed, looked to my father and said, 'We need more storage.'

It's true. It is most certainly a great blessing to give, but it is also a great blessing to receive. Give and receive. It's very difficult for my father to accept from others, because he is more of a giving person. However, I'm sure with time and this dream, he will learn to accept more often.

My father has wars when it comes to paying. Im paying, no I'm paying, hey I'm paying. We spend at least five to ten minutes arguing over who is going to pay. I find it beautiful to see that my father cannot afford to always give, yet he always does no matter what, especially for the poor. I asked my father why? He answered, "As long as we have a roof, that's what's important. The poor don't have a roof, so I have to help them."

In a different dream the Lord mentioned, "Those who welcome you into their home, welcome me. Whoever rejects you, rejects me."

Let us learn to give, but to also receive and accept.

The Lord Jesus gave a beautiful parable about this. Jesus spoke about not worrying about tomorrow, because the next day brings its own worries. He teaches us not to worry and look to the birds and flowers. They do not work and yet they are still being fed and taken care of. So, how much more important are you to your father in heaven? Will he not then care for you more? Of course he will! We who are children of God will always be taken care of by him.

The Lord will never leave you alone. No matter what trials and tribulations you may face, you he will always be there for you and with you. Everyday you are given a new day and new life. When you open your eyes in the morning and see the light, you see the glory of God shinning. Appreciate every morning that you wake up. Leave all of your worries into the hands of the Lord. He is your only provider and only in him we shall trust. He will never leave you alone.

The Lord will always take care of you until the end. So do not fear or worry. The more you obey the Lord and continue giving him love respect and praise. Showing him love the same way he loves you. Raise up your hands every morning to the Lord and praise his most holy name. Before you eat, before you drink, before anything! The Lord comes first before all. Say, "Thank you for today. You are the only one that I can depend on. There is no one else. Through the powerful intercession of Mother Mary, Saint Michael the archangel, all the holy angels and saints." With your prayers the Lord will fulfill all of your needs. You will have health, strength and power. Everyday you will see his light.

The Lord will be a light for your feet. You will not fall into a hole or a ditch. You will not see the darkness. When you are in trouble he will send his angels to protect you with their wings they will cover you. All of your life you will survive and will always have enough to eat and live. So, do not worry. Anything is possible with the Lord. Everyday is a new life and a new day. As I have said before, look to the animals and plants. They do not work and still they survive and live. Because the Lord is providing for them. In the same way, the Lord will always provide for you.

You are much more important than the animals in the heart of the Lord. He knows what you need today, tomorrow, and forever. As often as you can, increase your faith and hope in the name of Jesus Christ. Never cease with this. Never worry when your trust and hope is in the Lord. He is the only one that will never let you down.

Pray to our dearest Mother Mary. She is our holy truth mother. She is the mother of grace, a mother of mercy, and a mother of love. Anything that you ask through her intercession, her dearly beloved Son Jesus will receive whole heartedly. I have gone through Mother Mary many times and I was never dissapointed.

In the morning before any prayers or actions for the day, empty your mind from worries and pray to the Holy Spirit immediately. Pray to the Holy Spirit. Even if you have five minutes of time, do one Our Father, one prayer of Repentance, one Hail Mary, and three glory be. Also, if you have any candle, light it in front of the Lord. It represents his spirit and light in your life. Please, instead of worrying, think positive always. Leave everything in the hands of the Lord. Do not independ on the human beings of the world. Not one of them will help you, except for the Lord, the one whom created you. Why? Because he is a true father, and a true friend. Love him more than yourself and watch how your life will become the most valuable treasure.

My advice for you in a priority attention, is to never commit yourself to any sin. The Lord is waching you.

Following the conclusion of World War I was the emergence of The Great Depression. “Millions of people were out of work, and there was an alarming concern for the elderly and retired Americans who had lost everything. In 1935, President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed the original Social Security Act into law.

This led to decrease in the standard of living pushing the economy further into the depth of the Depression. Breakdown of the Financial Machinery. Thousands of investors lost large sums of money and several were wiped out, losing everything. Banks, stores, and factories were closed and left millions of people jobless, penniless and homeless.

James Braddock was not always the boxer he is now known to be, in the 1920’s he had lost one third of his fights and people referred to him as a “bum” which is the lowest name you could label a boxer at the time. Despite a broken hand and the hatred the crowd brought upon him, Braddock never hesitated to do his best on the rink. However, when the Great Depression began, Braddock lost his money, job, and for an amount of time, electricity.

“The Breadwinner” by Leslie Halward is a short story set in the 1930’s during the Great Depression. The father has lost his job and is relying on his son’s wages to support him and his wife. The man and women fight over Billy’s pay. Billy lies to his father, saying that he has lost the money but then there is a surprise when he gives it to his mother.

In my life I don’t want to spend all my time just trying to “get ahead”. I mean I don’t want all of my time to be spent working at a job I hate, trying to get promoted, solely for the purpose of money and sacrifice fun and happiness in their life. I am hoping to find a job that I love and I believe that if I do that then in the end everything will work out and I’ll be happy with my life.

This acceptance is a foolish act by the lawyer for he believes the value of the money won in the bet will pay for 15 years of imprisonment. Instead, he experiences loneliness and depression in his solitary confinement and realizes that there are more ambitions to life than money. As the lawyer states, “I renounce the two millions of which I once dreamed as of paradise and which I now despise” (Chekhov, 5).

Arthur Miller was born on 17 October 1915, in New York City. He lived in Harlem until he was fourteen. His Dad was a clothes manufacturer but lost all his money in 1929 when the stock market crashed. Due to the economic depression, which followed, when Miller graduated from high school in 1932 there was no money to send him to university.

The mentality before the war was to make a life before living life (Dear Parents). The idea was to save money, but as people began to see the lives that were being lost at the front, they started to live their life to the fullest as shown by Lindbergh flying across the Atlantic and putting “ethics” above the desire of money (Doc. I).

We wouldn’t be able to pay for medications that help heal us of any diseases or pain. I do subscribe to the notion that money isn’t everything but I also believe that it is a major, critical facet of life today. Some people would like to have money, not to be a rich person, but to have the minimum things to live worthily.

None can deny the importance of money in life. However, whether or not it is actually the only thing people are interested in today is much of controversy. Some people believe that money can buy everything when the others assert that it cannot. From my point of view, there are a lot of achievements rather than money although I can live without it.

” Middle class and poor people during the great depression where so poor that they had to barter their children for food, ” . However, for a person with money, the great depression was the best time to be alive, everything was dirt cheap because of the oversupply and under demanded. But, however great there difference in capitals where, middle and upper class citizens still had a yearning, to an extent, for the governmental administration to some how end the depression which the masses where suffering through.

The computer aids me both in my personal and professional life, as it is used for a vast variety of activities. I utilize the computer for work, fun, relaxation, and money. I would be lost without a working computer and internet connection. At work, everything I do depends on using the computer. I use the computer to look up client information, log client contacts, run proposals and ledgers, keep up to date on industry and company happenings, and to stay in contact via email with clients and co-workers.

It was the longest and most severe depression ever experienced by the industrialized Western world. The great depression had devastating effects on virtually every country. It was caused by many things like the drought that ruined so many farms and the stock market crash. Therefore people lost money and jobs, because people had less money to spend or invest.

Nowadays ,many and more people talk about the statement money can bring happiness.Totally,I agree with this statement.I think money can bring happiness actually.,I am going to give three reasons to explain why I feel money can bring happiness>Money allows people to buy everything that they want, it gives a sense of security people do not have to worry and money can be used to help others which gives satisfaction The first reason is that money allows people to buy everything that they want. If someone have a lot of money,or she can buy a house,a car,a yacht, even an island. The people who is rich also can enjoy expensive food and clothing. It is sure that everyone is happy,if he or she get the thing which he or she really wants, and money can help.According to Libby Kane(April21,2014)our happiness levels rise with our yearly income-up to this amount. Salaries above $75,000 have no impact on our day-to-day feelings of happiness, although they do improve our overall satisfaction with our lives.

Lastly, Shakespeare last play Hamlet show how depressed he was after he lost his wife. Finally, Hamlet shows that depression is a main key during the play. Shakespeare always appeared as happy but, was slowly dying on the inside. I come to conclude that Shakespeare is a depressed, imaginative, and lonely person.

In my opinion many people believe having more money will make their lives happier and free of all worries. In my life money has provided food, clothing, and shelter our basics needs in life but I came to a conclusion where my satisfactory is not enough. I complain that I need more money and that it will solve all the solution to my problems.

The government intrusion in the US and the Britain ultimately resulted in the creation of welfare systems. Many investors lost their money and several were wiped out, losing everything. Banks, stores, industries and multinational companies came to an end leaving about 15million people jobless and impoverished.

John Steinbeck wrote “Of Mice and Men” during the 1930’s when the Great Depression would’ve started. The dustbowl was wiping off all the good soil so all the farmers lost there jobs and they lost all their money. Also loads of people lost money in the Wall Street Crash when the stock market crashed. Many men had the dream like George and Lennie and work like them so they can get their fifty bucks or work up a stake to buy some land of their own.

There are three major risks that I worry about on a daily basis in my life. These risks are listed below in order of severity: 1. Depression – Six years ago I was diagnosed with clinical depression. Depression is a progressive and pathological disease that affects the hippocampus and other areas of the brain.

People are compelled to work harder to afford indulgences beyond their reach. Even though materialism may spur individuals to strive in life to improve their way of living, the act of overspending can lead to the downfall of the one’s well-being and the economy. For me, I believe that money is not everything in life.

America was put into a state of national depression in a matter of 24 hours. On October 29, 1929 millions of dollars was lost by the American economy in a time known as, the Wall Street Crash (this led to the Depression). Banks became bankrupt themselves and over 1/3 of the American population became redundant.

What do I think about studying just to get a good job and earn money?? Well, I think that studies are very important in everything we do in life, for example: we have to have general culture about several things that are around us, also because life is kind of a competition between which person knows more than other one, and other and very important reason is for getting a good job when you grow up and finish studying. I think the most important reason that we have to improve our studies is that when we get older we have to get an excellent job for having a family and having money for them to have a nice life, but that must not be the only reason for a person to study, they must do it not by pleasure because it is impossible, but for being an smart person that know things about the world.

When the woman at the counter says this to Braddock it makes me as a viewer think that if Braddock is associated with wealth and he has lost everything, then what does the average person have left? As many other scenes in the film, this one really proves that the film is during the great depression and thousands and thousands of people are hardly surviving. The last scene I am going to talk about which represents the time of the great depression is probably the most effective in getting the message across that the film is during the great depression, and this scene is in Hooverville which is a place where lots of little shanty’s were built by homeless people during the great depression.

com Articles, Video, Pictures and Facts). This process causes banks to lose a lot of money, and the amount of money lost may lead them to fail (The Great Depression — History. com Articles, Video, Pictures and Facts). Bank Runs weakened the economy, due to the fact that many of the deposits that were previously in the banks and used for investment was kept by the many depositors, as well as investor confidence being dampened by these events (Press 14).

Oh, well, probably, as I seemed to have been used to the feeling of being lost. It was sad but true. At this point in my life, I can never consider this as self-centeredness as I cannot even put myself at the center of everything. Myself was put on dark – not in the center but in the darkness. Despite the lack of light in my life, I never questioned the existence of the Great Someone Up There.

Married couples will find someone to share their problems with unlike single. Read more: Married vs Single Life The major difference between them is how to spend time and money. In single life, it is a quite a bit lonely to do your every day actions and to spend your money. In the other hand, most married couples sharing everything with their families.

James J. Braddock once said, ” I have to believe that once things are bad, I have to change them”. The movie Cinderella Man is about Braddock rising from a poor, unsuccessful boxer to the heavyweight boxing champion of the world. The historical background to his life and career was during the same time period as the Great Depression.

Depression and anxiety in the workplace would even effect the organisation in terms of financial loss. It was anticipated that 12 billion dollars was lost by the business and industry from lost output, 12 billion dollars was lost from non-attendance, for direct treatment costs business lost 26.1 billion dollars, and 5.4 billion dollars was lost due to death (Greenberg, et al., 2003; Lerner, et al., 2004). How employees should control their anxiety and depression?

Some made fortunes others lost everything. An example was “a cigar stock at the time was selling for $115 a share. The market collapsed. I got a call from the company president. Could I loan him $200 million?” (Blaszczyk and Scranton, 337) To the public, the stock market seemed as though it would surely make them money, and were buying.
